Directions: 
Apply a quarter-sized amount to a wet loofah and use it to gently scrub your skin. Rinse.

Water, SCS (Sodium Coco Sulfate), Castile Soap, Glycerin, Emulsifying Wax, Castor Oil, Citric Acid, Aloe Gel, Kokum Butter, MCT Oil, Baking Soda, Polysorbate 80, Vitamin E, Optiphen Plus.
