Refresh & Tone - Mist & Toner

Refresh & Tone Hydrating Facial Mist and Toner can be used as a toner and a facial mist, for those days when you need a refresh during the day.

Directions (Toner):
When using as a toner, apply to a clean face before applying moisturizer. Can be applied by spraying or with a cotton pad.

Directions (Refreshing Mist):
While holding the bottle away from the face, spray as a mist onto the face and let it air-dry.
